Class of 2028 Recruits

Two 2028 pages, and they do different jobs. This one is the index: one line per commit, built to be scanned and to get you into a profile. The 2028 commit board is the reading, where every man gets a card and every outlet gets its own row in a table, with the class rank and how the board is sourced. Nothing on either page is averaged, merged or reconciled.

Why so much of this class is disputed. Signing day for 2028 is more than a year out, which is when a rating is at its softest and when the services are still measuring these players for the first time. That is a fact about the cycle, not a fault in any one outlet, so the honest thing to publish is all of their answers rather than an average nobody printed. There is no 2028 watch list here yet: a name goes on a board only when a named outlet ties him to Ohio State in print, and 2028 does not get a looser standard than the cycle above it.
